Where are your holiday homes located?
Our 23 homes are in the Belgian Ardennes, around greater Durbuy: Durbuy, Barvaux, Palenge, Tohogne, Biron, Rendeux, Ferrières, Heure and Manhay. We visit every holiday home before we offer it.
I am an owner. How do I entrust my property to you?
We always start with a conversation and a visit, with no obligation. Then we take care of everything: compliance, photos, letting and day-to-day management. You receive the income, we handle the rest.
What does rental management include?
Everything involved in day-to-day letting: marketing, bookings, welcoming guests, cleaning, linen, garden and wellness upkeep, support during the stay and maintenance of the property through the seasons.
Do you offer a concierge service?
Yes, for second homes. We look after and maintain your house while you are away, take in deliveries and manage contractors. A fixed monthly fee, with complete discretion.
