Who we are
Holidays Ardenne,
by MCA Immobilier
Holidays Ardenne grew out of a simple observation: in the Ardennes, many owners have a property that could rent out very well, but nobody wants to deal with bookings, arrivals and cleaning on a Sunday evening.
The business is part of MCA Immobilier, the Maisons et Chalets d'Ardennes group founded by Bram and Xavier, with which it shares an address and local roots. MCA has been active for more than thirty years, with two offices, in Durbuy and in Marche-en-Famenne.
Holidays Ardenne adds the holiday rental side to the agency’s four lines of business.

Our model
What we are not
We are not a listings platform. Owners do not post an ad and then fend for themselves.
Our model is closer to that of a managing agent, applied to holiday rentals. The owner owns the property. We take over all or part of running it. They receive the income without the day-to-day.
Above all, we are a hands-on local agency, with an office and people you can meet. Not an online service.
